Two young ladies, daughters of gentleman of good status and moral regard performing parlour music and recitals to delight and entertain. Dressed in the fashions of the regency period we perform classical, folk, comical songs, hymns and dances from the regency era.
Performing with a variety of voice, piano, clarinet and flute, interspersed with poetry and Austen era readings, we aim to whisk you back to a time when men were Gentlemen, women were Ladies, and parlour music was the height of entertainment.

'Regency Recitals' can tailor a program to suit your event, and offer help and suggestions on repertoire. Whether you desire a pleasant background ambiance, a feature performance attraction (recital / concert) or as music for a wedding ceremony / reception, 'Regency Recitals' can cater for your wishes. 'Regency Recitals' will perform in full Regency costume, and can remain 'in character' throughout the evening if required. Period readings can also be requested.
